Free shipping
We are delighted to provide free shipping all around the world for orders over 99 USD. We send all our jewellery through DHL Express priority which takes around 2 to 3 working days. The shipment is registered and can be tracked on our website or DHL website. We work very hard to ensure that your precious jewellery reaches your doorstep safely and on time. We are here to answer any of your questions or solve any shipping problems. For any of your concerns, email us on [email protected] and we will reply to you within 24 hours.
30 days return policy
We give you the liberty of being 100% sure of your product, which means you can return your purchased item in its original packaging within 30 days of shipping date, together with its receipt/return authorization. To ease the return process for you, we provide you with free return shipping.
Free ring resizing
We understand the concern of not wearing a perfect size, and hence we want to make sure that your ring size is perfect. It will take us 7-10 days to ship the ring back after it has been received. Please note that some rings cannot be resized and we will inform you the same before you try to ship back.
Exceptions to our return/exchange policy
Our 30 days return policy does not apply to – items shipped over 30 days, items that became damaged after delivery, repaired/resized items, custom-made jewellery, items that do not qualify under ‘new and unused’ after the shipment is returned, items sent without our return code.
